At Nuance, we know what it's like to be a customer.  We realize that shopping on the internet can be frustrating, so we work hard to provide you the best possible online shopping experience.  Because of that, we want to hear from you, our customers, to help us provide you with the things that are most important to your shopping experience. 

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options:
Currently, we only ship domestically (U.S.), using USPS First-Class.  All orders placed on the website ship for FREE via USPS First Class!  We also offer UPS Ground for $5.99, if that option better suites your needs. If you require faster shipping, just email us at and we'll do our best to get you what you need, when you need it!

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're not happy, we're not happy! We are proud of our products and want you to be too.  
At NUANCE, we aim for complete customer satisfaction, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, let's see what we can do to make it better!
Read our policy below and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues at:
  • All returns packages must be received back within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Shipping of products back to NUANCE for returns and exchanges will be the customer's responsibility.  In event of exchange, NUANCE will ship exchanged item(s) to customer at no additional cost.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after arriving back at our Fulfillment Center.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.  There will be a $5 Restocking Fee where applicable.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (U.S.) customers.
The following items are non-refundable:
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date (you may still be eligible for store credit if the return is received after 30 days as long as the item is not final sale. Late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee.) Returns received after 365 days of the original order shipment date are ineligible for any refund or store credit.
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  • Free gifts
  • Items that are final sale or offered on a promotion via our website, Instagram, or other sales platform.

Please note: When choosing your own shipping on a return or exchange, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
